How to Send Us Files
We can accept files through multiple channels, just choose which one works best for you. If you are unsure or are having difficulty then please send us a message.
Name your files
Please put your order number at the start of any files you are sending.

ZIP it up
If you are sending multiple files to us then please arrange them in folders to match the product they are for and then zip it all up before sending.
Send it
Use one of the methods below to send the files to us.

Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive
Most people now store their image in the cloud for backup so just share them to us and we can download.
Make sure you send us the link via email, or you can paste the link directly on the checkout page, we have a special box for it!
Again, please see the guidelines above before sending.
If your files aren't too big then send through via email as an attachment. This is our least preferred method due to the issues of files being resized or not coming through correctly.
Please try one of the other methods before using email.
